Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy: We offer in person therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Families at our Mt. Pleasant location.
Children & Adolescent Therapy: Children’s therapy is provided by a play therapist who specializes in trauma. Children’s therapy is available for ages 4-17.
Support Groups: Meet in a group setting to get support and validation in your experiences. Support Group Registration
Telehealth Therapy: Let’s meet you exactly where you are! Telehealth is available for Individuals, Children, and Couples. We recommend all parties involved be in the same location. Please note this is an excellent option for people who have busy schedules!

Sliding Scale Fees
We believe therapy should be accessible to all individuals seeking support. Insurance isn’t always accessible, reimbursement is unavailable, or the insurance is out of network which can make getting therapy difficult or even feel impossible. In order to provide wider accessibility, we offer a sliding scale for individuals who qualify.
These fees are based on yearly gross household income. They are subject to change based on the current Federal Poverty Level. However, any changes will be made in writing and presented to you before any sessions. If you believe you qualify for sliding scale therapy options, please reach out to the office via our contact form and mention the sliding scale in the form. There is limited space for those who qualify.
Policies & Fees
At Carabelli Counseling, you can expect transparency and no hidden fees. We treat you with respect, care, and consideration. All fees and policies apply to all clients, regardless of therapist or appointment type.
Late Cancelation, & No Call/No Show Fees
Late cancelation: If a client cancels with less than 48 hrs notice for a scheduled session, the client will be charged a late cancelation fee of $35.
No Show/No Call: If a client has not shown within the first 15 minutes of their scheduled session, their appointment will be considered canceled and they will be charged a late cancelation fee of $35.
Rescheduled Sessions: Clients can reschedule the same session up to 1x before their scheduled session time will be considered forfeit. We understand life happens, but we also need to be considerate of our therapists and other clients. Please make every effort to make your scheduled sessions.
Client Responsibilities & Policies
Clients are responsible for maintaining communication with their therapist about their schedule and treatment. Clients are expected to contact their therapist directly if they need to cancel or reschedule. If contact is not made directly with their therapist and they do not show for their appointment, a late cancelation fee of $35 will be charged.
In order to maintain flexibility for you and your treatment, our therapists maintain their own schedules. For the purpose of continuing to provide flexible service, direct communication with your therapist is necessary.
All fees and payments are expected at the time of service. Clients are expected to know their copay costs and deductibles.
